We are looking for a skilled Hair Stylist who is eager to grow their clientele in a dynamic, high-traffic salon.

Located in Brooks, Alberta - The Salon is the perfect place to build your clientele. A modern, curated salon that gives a big city feel right here in the heart of our small-town community.

Our team is charismatic, energetic and collaborative. We thrive on our ever evolving stylist-client relationships, and love the continuous growth of our staff and industry.

Requirements:

- Must currently live in the Brooks area, or have plans in place to move to the Brooks area

- Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends

- This position can be either Part or Full Time

- Able to provide a Portfolio

Extra Qualifications:

We do ask that all of our staff have the below certifications, although candidates do not have to have them prior to employment to be considered.

- WHMIS Certification

- First Aid Certification

- ProServe Certification

About The Salon:

The Salon is locally owned and celebrating six years in business this past April.

We offer our clients both a luxury experience and luxury products, something we like to call, “The Salon Experience”. Our menu boasts a range of services from hair to aesthetic - even permanent makeup. Our space is newly expanded and has designated and separated staff/employee areas.

We are a licensed facility, offering a variety of specialty coffee and alcoholic beverages to our clients. We are open Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm. We close early the Saturdays of Statutory Holiday weekends.

We believe wholeheartedly in constantly learning and offer both in-salon education to keep up with the latest trends and products and yearly education dollars for our team to use to expand their skills and knowledge for courses of their choosing.
